The winners in Maryland are a woman in her 20's, a man in his 40's, and a woman in her 50's and one is an elementary school teacher, a special education teacher and an administrative worker. Also, the article stated that each of the three winners will get a $35 million after taxes, because they chose to take the lump sum rather than the annual payments.
There are two other winners in the state of Kansas and Illinois, the winner in Kansas came forward last week, but chose to remain anonymous. And in Illinois, no winner has come forward, but the ticket holder has a year to do so and in that state the winners cannot remain anonymous, that's probably the reason why the person does not want to reveal them self.
