David Cameron can not convert 158 billion pounds that he has borrowed into progressive productivity, however he can cut the deficit of the debt Great Britain faces. The Euro zone is in crises. The French, German, and America is all at stand still with the euro dollar, which means that it is not doing any thing for them, and that is the reason why the Great Britain "will never join the euro". So David Cameron intends to build a new foundation dealing with there depths.
